Question building a motor for 98 prelude

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place in florida that has a good rep on building motors for preludes? And also what pistons, valves, and cam shafts that are good? And I want to put turbo and nos so I need to know what is a good setup? I was thinking of nitros express setup, does anyone have it? Is it good or bad?
