Other than that no one has thought of it, I don't see why a Camaro or Mustang (take your pick of year, model, etc) wouldn't make a good drift car either.

that's been brought up in a few different threads, and is a feasible option as well.

but drifting is generally a JDM thing, with japanese cars...

but that doesn't mean you rule out everything else...

I think the lack of the IRS on most models...and the live axle that they do have...is just not great...at least speaking for the Mustangs...

both have live axles. that can easily be controlled, and isn't an issue.
especially considering that most trans am cars are solid axle, and handle phenomenally well. you build the suspension right, and you've got the control. the solid axle isn't a major issue.
