turbo swap

I was thinking about gettin a 300z but the twin t's are so much more expensive. Can a tt engine be swaped easily or should i just by a twin T

just buy a real tt. you would need to change to much, computer and all. i just picked up a 90 tt for under 5 k. good shape..

i agree with gambler. the tts are much faster and you can usually find a 90-94 for about 5000-8000

Get a tt unless you're looking for a project and enoy spending money and getting your hands dirty. The only reason I would see for doing a swap is if you wanted a 2+2 TT or if you were lucky enough to find one, a slicktop TT. Make it easy on yourself and find a TT.

There's a lot more involved than just swapping the engine, but if you check out www.z1motorsports.com, you can find out all that's involved, and how much it would likely cost. You'd be looking at about $6-8K to have someone like Z1 do it.
