Question Turbo Swap?

I was wondering if 1st gen GSX has a bigger turbo than my 2nd gen and if so are they interchangeable?

1G's have the 14B turbo.....2G's have the T-25 ..which is pretty much 1/2 the size:alien2: Its possble to swap them out yes...but the piping is a little different , the T-25's outlet is underneath the turbo , the 14B's outlet is on top......
Good news is that the 14B is realiable to 21 Psi and not quite double the CFM of the T-25

saw a friend run a 13.2 @ 109 on that setup with 21psi seems like a nice swap.

Yup. Call any DSM shop and ask them for the 16G installation kit (J pipe etc etc..). 14B's are awsome turbos for the price. Make sure to port the hell out of that thing for some decent top end. Have fun.
