97 Civic LX Lights

I have a 97 Civic LX 4dr. Keep having the lights flicker. Not sure if it is the alternator or something else. Seems to do it worse at low speeds. Anyone got any suggestions?

I assume headlights? Check the 3-prong connector plug on the back of them as they can loosen or sometimes just fall right off if not waxed (for water protection).
