help civic LIGHT PROBLEM

i recently replaced my front right signal bulb and now everytime i turn on the headlight the REAR RIGHT blinker would stay on, it doesn't blink or move but stays on. The only time it turns off is when I turn off my headlight, can anyone help?? ThankS!
