how much do you think it'll cost?

about $1200, since you'll essentially be buying a fully loaded head.

your best bet... buy crower. the cams u can get from Nopi for $600 shipped. you can choose between stage 1 thru stage 3, they present no damage to the valvetrain. you can also get upgraded springs and titanium retainers from Crower that are about $440 for the set. best of all, the cams from crower, when matched with the spring and retainer set, will ensure your motor is safe to rev up to over 8000rpm. even with JUST the stage 2 cams on a stock setup, you can milk 15hp depending on your mods, before hitting the stock redline.

my question is... why do you insist on the Type-S setup when there's better for less money?

oh i was just curious on that.

I probably wont' be doing the Type S set up
I'm gonna just go with other shit to fix up my car.

i drove the type s in japan as well
its not that much of a difference compared to the preludes here.
for the price its not worth it. besides it would be cheaper installing better headers, exhaust or even a turbo or super charger
