95 sentra brake pedal goes to floor

Request advice please. My 95 Nissan sentra's brake pedal started to go lower and lower. When I tried a panic stop it hit the floor and would not lock up the wheels. It has enough stopping power around town but will not lock up. I bled the brakes. No difference. I replaced the master cylinder. No difference. The pedal will not come up. It builds a small amount of force at the end of it's travel. The booster is working fine.
The wheel cylinders are fine and not leaking.

I'm out of ideas.

it sounds like there's a bubble in the lines, but you said you bled them....hmm

I'm sure you checked the level to make sure it wasn't low...damn dude it sounds like you checked everything I can think of. Have you tried taking it to a professional? I know it will cost out the ass but it might be a last resort

i'd try draining all the brake fluid and replacing with new. sometimes old brake fluid can do that.

brakes

how about adjusting the brakes. If they have self adjusting brakes which they should, then somewhere that you could go in reverse pretty fast and slam on the brakes acouple of times will adjust them. Some cars use the emergcy brake, by pulling the emergcy brake lever a couple of times hard. If the self adjusters aren't working you'll have to do it the old fashion way. If the pedal goes almost to the floor, but is not spongy than the brakes warn so far that there barely touching the rotors.
