Ignition Wires and Plugs

Looking to upgrade my ignition wires and plugs from the stock ones I now have on my 2K Civic EX coupe.

It seems that the best of the best set-up is Nology Hot Wires with Beru Silverstone plugs...not sure if I need that with a price tag of around $190.00.

A cheaper option I was looking at is NGK Iridium IX plugs w/ NGK Wires which I can get for around $75.00.

I imagine that the NGK even though it's cheaper would still be a dramatic improvement over stock or will I be disappointed unless I get the expensive set up.

what's the deal, what do you folks think? any other options recommended?

Thanks!

Re: Ignition Wires and Plugs

Nology is for a fully built RACE engine. Plugs & Plug wires will have NO gain on a stock engine with stock ingnition system. You would be doing it more for looks than any thing else. I would go with NGK or MSD.
