What brand and why for Exaust, Ignition wires, Spark plugs, Ecu, Headers, Intake

I want a whole bunch of new crap for my car. I want some advice on whats the best of the best. For exaust i had in mind Apexi N1, Skunk2 ?, Injen ?, i thought about injen because of the their intakes but alot of people are telling me now that injen is just a gimick and they are good but the hp output is nothing like what it says. Ignition wires i want to go with MSD. Spark plugs i want to go with Denso Iridium. Ecu i want to go with a Power FC or Hondata...which ones better? My friend told me a guy with a stock celica put a Power FC on his and tuned it and shaved 2 seconds off his time. Headers i want to go with DC or Skunk2 but i dont know the difference between 4-2-1 and 4-1 I think it has to do with mid-range and top-end? Intake I was thinkin Injen, Aem type R. Throttle body I was thinkin Holly, STR, or Skunk2 and wanted to go 70 mm cuz im going turbo but someone told me im crazy 68 is as big as i should go but im not cheap when it comes to my car i will have a bomb proof engine. I know its alot of crap but this is the stuff im gettin in the next month and i would very much apprieciate it if someone knowledgable could help me or someone who has the parts could tell me if they suck or are good. Thanks

This is what I posted in another thread about my setup. Most of this applies but it's for a D series motor and not a B18C. Only difference would be piston size (mine are 75.5 yours would be 84+) and probably a bigger turbo the Garett GT30 springs to mind. Also, if your going turbo skip the headers they won't be used. Earl Laskey that did my block actually works on B motors more than D series.

1. A built block. Mine was done through Earl Laskey.
a. CP pistons 75.5 is common. 77MM-78mm is custom and take a month lead time to get.
b. Pauter Rods
c. Sleeved Block... Benson is one of the best.
d. Micropolish and balance crank.
e. ACL bearings.
f. Oil and water pump *yours may still be good*
g. gasket set
2. Built Head.
a. I've had good luck with my Crower stage 2 turbo cam.
b. Crower HP springs
c. Crower Titanium retainers.
d. Port and polish job.
e. Ferrara Stainless steel valves.

3. Edelbrock Turbo Kit. (could go Greddy, Apexi can still find or homemade).
4. Edelbrock nitros kit. (Not needed but fun anyway)
5. Walboro 255lph fuel pump.
6. AEM High flow fuel rail.
7. AEM High flow fuel filter.
8. AEM High flow fuel pressure reg. (Helps bring rail PSI down after pump install.)
9. Apex i world sport cat back. (I'd probably do an N1 if I knew the turbo would quiet the car down so much to start with)
10. Test pipe for cat replacement.
11. NGK +2 colder plugs. (helps prevent detonation)
12. Powerstop slotted rotors (gotta stop)
13. AEM HP brake pads
14. JimFab Polyurethane motor mounts. (By by to wheel hop)
15. B&M Fuel Pressure guage (Helps to see what the fuel pressure looks like at the rail. Comes in handy)
16. ACT 8.4lb flywheel (or 12lb streetlite) (Firdanza is also good).
17. Spec Stage 3, 6puck clutch Lightened (Just a clutch I like. I've heared good things about ACT clutchs)
18. AEM Powersteering/altenator Pullies. (Probably not needed)
19. Skunk2 Cam Gear (Helps with some fine timing adjustments)
20. ARP HeadStuds (A must have if your going to be boosted)
21. Cometic MLS head gasket. (Stock should be fine also, this is just my preference)
22. Oil Pressure guage (no oil to motor=bad so why not.
23. A/F guage (like the AEM UEGO2 with display)
24. Apexi AVC-R Boost Controller (Best one around that I could see. I love mine.) Not needed with the AEM EMS.
25. Fluidyn Radiator. (turbo likes to run a bit warmer)
26. Energy Polyurethane Shifter bushing/stabelizer. (stop grinding those gears so much).

Probably only upgrade to a Garrett GT28RS turbo later on and AEM-EMS 30-1020 with some 780 injectors.

Welp, think that just about covers it.
