you must be a damn good driver then, cuz a 5th gen hatch gsr with I/H/E only was hittin low 14's and this is near sea level and cold.

so I think Im gonna need some proof.

I would have believed mid 13's cuz he said his car is stripped, but certainly not 12's!
I wonder if he is using nitrous?
