Chosing a car that's 5 years old at most and is 10,000~ at max

OK sounds funny Last car was a 96 Ford Taurus GL and its gona be a secondary car now. We will need a second car. Now... the thing is it will be bought on credit... the thing with credit is that the car must be 5 years old at most What kind of car that's 5 years old at most can be gotten for 10,000~ up or down canadian $$$ This sounds like a retarded question but heck...

On another note it could be a nice tuner car so what do you think

This is just in theory...
