sr20det turbo upgrades?

does anyone know what turbos can be used as an upgrade for an S13 sr20det, using the stock exhaust manifold? i read somewhere that the T3/T04 is an option. what would this do for max whp? and any things to change for the fit?

thanks and dont rip my head off bc i dont know everything about turbos yet

Garret GT25

You will need to modify your current manifold or get one made but double roller bearings and awesome flow characteristics make this a bloody nice turbo. A guy renting from me had one on his S13 Silvia with the SR20DET in it. With only an powerFC, 850cc injectors, and a front mount he when from 181hp at the wheels to 281hp at the wheels at 1.2 bar of boost. He saw full boost at 3,800 rpms and it just pulled right up to redline with no nose over.
