Would you rather be around riced out porsches?

I personally think that would be an even bigger slap in the face then some poorly modded sedans.

Why do kids like the ones at my highschool spend 18g's on a decent japaneese sedan and then put another 8g's under the hood? Why not just use the extra 8g's tp get a more kick ass sportscar?

IMHO, I think thats a pure waste of good cash they could use to buy an old porsche 944 (about 7-8k in good condition) or 911 (18-24k in good condition) that can in my opinion beat the shit outa alot of modded ricermobiles.

Me and my dad spent 6g's on a 1974 porsche 911 and put 4g's into resto-ing it. I can dust off any of these ricemobiles at my school that they spent upto 30g's on. : WTF were they thinking?!?!?

Aighte im done, tell me your opinions on this theory

Peace
First of all next time you wanna release some stress go beat off.
second of all 30 grand on what car??????? jesus man where do you ppl come up with these numbers????? Does everyone think that you have to spend outragous amounts of money to modify a japanese import (I assume thats what you mean by ricemobile)????? I didint even spend 8 grand on my teg and I'm pretty confident that you would have trouble with my teg. hell I know of a CRX that would make you cry like a little girl and that car was about 4 grand.

As for porshe's I really can't stand german engineering (no offense) But I've seen way to many problems with so many german cars. Plus there so fucking expensive, buy a chevy if you don't want a japanese engineered car. Chevy muscle will outlast the rest of the cars in its class and out class them.

Most high school kids use parents' $$ to buy their car.. parents are completely stupid, they wouldn't buy a porsche for their kid as a first car, so they buy 'em a civic or equivalent.. obviously they probably don't know what honda's are capable of

With 30K under the hood of a "ricemobile" at your high school, you wouldn't even see the back end of that car. All you'd see is a dot on the horizon. Also, I don't care where you're from or how old you are, you don't pay $85 a YEAR on insurance. I would more likely believe $85 a MONTH, and I only pay $70 a month on my civic. I like porche, I like honda, chevy, ford, and almost any car...but no geo. So don't get me wrong, I'm not hatin on you having the porche, just that you seem to be stretching the truth a little.

well the kids that but hondas and put intakes exaust and sometimes body kits on them are just looking for the attention, and tryin to be cool and do what everyone is doin. They wanna be just like the people in teh fast and the furious and get the chicks with a fast car. But there to poor and to stupid to have a fast and good looking car so this results in rice.

Now there are some kids out there (i like to think i myself am one of them), that know what they want and wha there doin. They take a car that they know about and is easy to mod, and that they. They will do the best possible mods with the money they have to get there car as fast as possible.

Also just owning a fast car isnt the same as actually building one and puting the parts on one to make it fast. Its a learning experience to mod your car in high school.

And last as other have said porches arent for everyone...

But if u wanna give me one ill take it!!!
