Sun Roof leak?
This morning after a heavy raid, went to back out of my drive way, as i hit the curb, a whole bunch of water splashed on me from the sun roof opening in the roof(where the shade goes back). What do ya guys think the problem is, btw i have a 90 si :P.

i had the same problem man, take out your back tailights and you will see some rubber hosing exiting into the back wheel well on each side. more than likly they are clogged up. it took me 6 months to find it but after i un clogged them and took of a filter type device that is attached to the hose my sunroof hasnt leaked since and you can also check your drain holes at the top of the sunrrof

NO SHIT!!!!My damn sunroof has leaked since i bought the car...i didnt know there was a drain for it! I haveto park with the front of the car down hill or I end up with a waterfall on my head when i put on the brakes

There's actually 4 drain hoses on the Si sunroof, One for each corner. The two rear ones exit right past the taillights, behind the rear wheels. And the two fronts come down inside the A-pillars past your feet and exit behind the front wheels.
To check to see if you're clogged, just dump some H20 in the sunroof track in each corner. Obviously, it should come out on the ground, not in the car. Have Fun

you can blow compressed air down the 4 drain tubes to clean them out, we do it at work alot...

happened to me too, I replaced my headliner as well. My tubes were clogged in the rear, waterfall!

Well thanks for the advice, heheh hopefully ill get a chance to fix it soon :P. Whats the easyest way at getting to the drain tubes ?

take out your rear tail lights and you will see them

You should be able to get at them without taking out the tails, just pop out those plastic pieces. I think the ones in the front are under the fender liner

also check the outlet behind the rear wheel, under the bumper cover. mine were clogged there. it's like a rubber nipple looking thing.
