problem with axel compony

I have a 92 si automatic. my axel went out of it about a month ago so i ordered a new one from a compony called CCT when i got the axel i put it in and about 2 days later it popped out of my trasmission so we took it back then got a new one same compony same part #. so i put that one in and it poped out of the tranney about 2 days later. so then i took it to the machanic thinin there was something wrong with my tranny. the machanic said that the axel was about a 1/2in to a 1in short so we ordered a new one from a diff compony and it has worked ever since. now we cant get our money back from the compony CCT i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem??

that company should have a warranty on the axle.
if they don't, you're screwed.
you should have taken pics of the new one compared to theirs to send them, saying they funked up.
