JUN Lancer EVO VI (8pics)

Hello all. Here's my latest work, the Tamiya Evo VI with full engine detail and the JUN Auto treatment. Here's the rundown on parts used:
Tamiya Evo V WRC suspension, interior, driveshaft, and modified exhaust
Tamiya R34 V-spec wing
Diecast "Extreme Tuner" Evo VIII engine and radiator supports
Tamiya 300Z turbo w/ custom waste gate.
Revell Integra header
Custom pipes, Oil catch can, oil cooler, and firewall
Detail master hoses/ wires and brake lines
Master cylinder, fuse box, battery, strut tower bar
Advan wheels
Detail master seatbelt and 5 point harness
Fujimi "JUN" Prelude decals
LB Productions Decals
Tamiya Bright Yellow Paint
I would like to give a special Thank You to Tonioseven since he supplied the majority of parts for this project. You rock Mr.T

There's no progress pics, only the finished ones.

Sorry for the crappy pics.
Tell me what you think.

Thanks for looking. This isn't a street car. It's based on the time attack car which should put it under the motorsports cat. I'll leave it up to a mod to move it or not.

Nice job, particularly on the engine transplant. What is a "time attack car" ?

time attack cars in japan are mainly cars tuned by various caompanies to compete against one another to get the fastest lap time @ a certain track, this track usually being Tsukaba. These cars include the HKS c/f Altezza, the HKS Hyper Evo8, Signals various Skylines, etc...

Re: JUN Lancer EVO VI (8pics)

Very nice build ! If only the wheels could have been a bit more on the outside (wider track)... maybe 1 or 2 mm (constructive remark here, do not use as bitching) but beside that... absolutely superb.

Ps... underchassis is top notch with the wires and the black hole detailling in the support structure beams.

Thanks for the comments guys! I really had a blast working on this kit. I wish my camera was working during the build up process, because the turbo from the Tamiya 300Z is perfect for any 1/24 turbo car and looks great in my engine bay.
