I am replacing my fuel filter, and one of the bolts (I believe they call it a banjo bolt) WILL NOT BUDGE. I have to work tomorrow afternoon so I need to get it off. Does anyone know any tricks to get stubborn bolts off?

Spray it with some anti-seize stuff and let it sit for a bit, then try it.
Try working the bolt back and forth. Try tightening it a bit, anything to break it loose. Normally I would suggest heating it, but heat around fuel system = bad idea.

Woudln't heating just cause the bolt to expand more and make it even harder?

Heating indeed causes the bolt to expand, but with this it moves in the thread, and breaks the "lock", so when it cools downit is easier/possible to remove it. But don't heat the bolts on the fuel filter!!!
