Crossthreaded Fuel Filter bolt.

Hi I am a fairly novice home mechanic. I bought a used 81 Cutlass a lil over a year ago. The stock engine was replaced with a 86 Monte Carlo 305 5.0L V8.

I have started fixing and tuning it up. I went to switch out the fuel filter and discovered it to be crossthreaded. I am wondering what is the best way to uncrossthread this joint.

All or any help will be greatly appreciated.
