Si running mid 12's?

alright...my friend says he has an 1989 Civic Si with all the "street mods". I asked him what his street mods were and this is what he said "um i got the cool air intake wide body kit imported japanese s2000 motor g reddy exhaust and i got the rims and all the good shit". Now...my question is...anybody ever heard of a guy named Jeff Kilth? well thats him...and also...if you dont know the name...have you seen a Black 1989 Civic Si with that stuff? and is that possible? to drop an s2000 engine in a Civic? thanx

i say he's probably full of shit becuase it would be hard to make the s2000 engine fit a front wheel drive car. If it was an easy swap you'd see it more often, if its even possible. he's probably pulling your chain. ask to see his car and tell him to pop the hood.

Yea, he'z BSin alright, cause the s2000 engine is on an angle in the engine bay of a s2000 and they said that there will be no way to put a s2000 engine in another car.... but if you have a lot of $$$ you could fabricate something i guess.... also, its a RWD engine..... soo..... he must have a driveshaft running under the car, cause he would have to cut open the whole middle of the car to fit it like a normal RWD car....

But someone with that swap, would not say, just all the "street mods".

Yeh theres a first gen rex that done the same thing. He has some kind of oldsmobile engine in the back and a stock si motor in the front. He has a switch which engine he wants to use hehe. Pretty damn clever and he runs 9's.

I saw it on the net but it was long time ago so i forgot where.
