Turbo charged 350

Got a question for the Z guys out there. Anyone who's read Option magazine or who has lived in Japan for a little bit might have seen that they do turbo charge the 350. At least here in japan. When is that going to become available for state side people?? Its not currently an option from the dealer ship but rather an aftermarket maker such as Nismo.
