Noise

I just installed new rims and tires by myself and now its making a noise. Kind of like a clicking. Its only on one side. Could it be that i didn't tighten the lug nuts enough?? What happens if i tighten to much?

2000 4d Acura Gsr with 16" Rota Slipstream Yokohama tires. Im not sure when it happens, gotta check tomorrow to see. Sometimes i heard like or or 2 clicks every once in a while. Other times it will be a continuous clicking.
