2003 Suburban: Poor brakes, front end noises gas pedal buzz, AC noise
Vehicle is new but having many unusual problems.
Brakes: Pedal is very soft and requires a lot of pressure to stop. Dealer checked it and says all is OK. Own a 1985 Suburban and it stops better than this one. Front End: Squeaks sound like shock problems, but comes and goes. Very loud when going over dips in the road. Gas Pedal Buzz: This one is weird. Immediately after starting the vehicle, shifting into drive and moving, the pedal buzzes when shifting from first to second. I can feel it in my foot. It will not do it again until I stop the car, turn it off, restart and start driving. Haven't told the dealer about this yet. AC noise: Dealer says this is typical for all Suburbans, Tahoe's and Blazers. At idle, fan on position 1, I can hear the freon moving through the evaporator coil inside the dash. Can't believe GM has no fix for this. |

have them measure brake pedal travel and see if its within specs. probably upper shock mounts causing squeek noise, new bushings are out to fix this, the gas pedal buzz is your supplemental brake assist performing a self test, it does this on initial start up and around 8-10 mph. don't know what to tell you on the a/c noise without hearing it.
