HELP! My car is making an insane noise

When I start my car and first start driving sometimes it makes like a whooshing noise for about 30 seconds. It is getting longer and louder everytime. I don't lose any power or anything but the noise just sounds bad. ANY ideas on what it could be?

Is it an air sound or a liquid sound or a solid sound? What kind of car/engine? More info would be helpful.
