how much boost is reliable

i have recently completed a GSR swap into my 94 coupe, it's quick, but im getting bored quick. I want to go faster. so turbo or nitrous are my options just need some questions answered, please.
how much boost can i put to the gsr motor and still have a reliable ride.
what does it mean when a turbo runns out at higher rpm (will it not rev any higher? does it loose boost ? what happpens?)like too small of a turbo?
if i put lower compression pistons in is it also necessary to replace the rods and crank iif i do not plan on outragous boost on say a 9 or 9.5:1? and what kind of boost can i run with that CR?
and what type of fuel computer/boost controler is the best in your opinions
how big should i go with injectors or should i use injectors that only come on under boost which is better
what is the best turbo for resonable money for the GSR

PLEASE HELP i want to go fast but dont want to blow my shit up

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Don't waste money on the GReddy crap get a Drag kit or learn how to build your own, building a custom kit is hands down the best way to go! Do some searching and within a few mins you will find all the info you need to educate your self. Good luck

This is something you should really look into, building your own kit will always give you the best bang for your buck.

i had kinda figured that a custom kit would be the way to go just trying to see what others have done in the past and have running now. i was thinking of going with larger injectors a super V-AFCII i have not finalized my decision on a turbo,, w/g,or manifold .... any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated

THANKS

Re: how much boost is reliable

Greddy is overrated and over priced. Turbonetics Turbo's are really the best out there...hands down. Especially their ceramic ball bearing. I can get you a really good deal on a Turbonetics manifold with external wastegate for $465.00 shipped. It is a good start and you get a one year warranty from Turbonetics. It is made out of high carbon steel. If your dragging....dont get a internal wastegate!!

Hondata is more expensive but would be a better fuel mangement system than the vafc hack. The vafc is still a good system and a lot better than a FMU, so its really up to you on how much money youre willing to spend. As for what turbo to use, I personally would go with a ball bearing turbo or a T3/T4. Wastegate: definitely go TIAL 35mm or 38mm. Manifold: Turbonetics makes a good one. Drag Manifolds and the OBX manifolds are known to crack so I would suggest you dont get these. You should also get a nice loud BOV like the hks or blitz; whats the point of having a turbo with out a loud PSSSHHHHT. =)
