Correct Rear AXLE FLUID for '99 1500 4x4?

I have a 99 Suburban 1500 4 X 4,, According to Owners Manual it says to use 80W90 Standard Gear Lube or a GM Part number for standard axles it says to use this specific GM Part Number for Limited Slip Axles..... I have a Limited Slip, and on the rear Differential It has a blue tag stating to use synthetic fluid only..... Can I use Mobil 1 Synthetic? Mobil 1 80W90 full synthetic is available at muy auto parts store???? I assume this is the correct viscoscity for this axle??

I forgot to add, I purchased my'99 with 35kmiles in the Spring, it now has 45k miles, I would like to change the axle fluid as maintenance as I tow a Boat/Trailer that weighs 3200 total pounds during the boating season.... How often would you guys change the fluid being that its Synthetic?
