1998 Jimmy Front Vibration
I have this vibration on the front drivers side when truck gets above 25 mph. If I turn wheel to left it subsides a bit. I have replaced u-joints in both drive shafts and also the ball joints on the drivers side. Wheel hub is my next item to replace, however yesterday I jacked the truck up and took off brake caliper and rotor to inspect bearing and when I spin the hub the front drive also spins and if I spin the passenger side wheel the drive shaft does not spin. Is that how it suppose to behave? I am not sure the wheel hub in the problem anymore. Any ideas?

I would check the tire balance/slipped belt/bemt wheel. Try swaping tires and wheels. Jack it up with all 4 wheels off ground in 4W and speed it up to 25 PH or more and watch for tire hop or wobble or sliped bet on tire. Let us know how it goes.

Thats a good thing, it's how an open differential works ![]() Simple question, have you had the wheel and tyre balanced recently? It may have just thrown a weight.
