1998 dodge intrepid

working on a 1998 intrepid got the codes po134 po171 po154 and got all the codes taking care of except 1 po134 which it says its a oxy sensor just took it for a test drive after about 10miles it starts spewing black smoke and trying to stall out, then it clears right up after that any ideas would be very appreciative.

P0134DodgeHO2S-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Signal Remains At Center
I would check wiring at the sensor connector on either side for broken wire.The code means that the voltage is not oscillating so the pcm is using it's default setting and problably loading up bank 1.

Also make sure the fuel pressure regulator is not faulty, pull the vacuum hose to make sure there is not any fuel in line, if so replace.

Which engine???

its a 2.7 liter already checked out the fuel pressure reg but it still could be faulty thanks
