Problem with 1998 Dodge Intrepid

Good morning all! I was hoping someone would possibly know what may be wrong with my car. I started having problems with it last spring/summer...when the weather is warmer (above freezing) and I drive it for a while...turn the engine off and start it again, it's really sluggish and hesitates to start. I can eventually get it started if I wait a while and try and start it again. It always starts fine in the morning or if it has been parked for a while...it's only if I drive it and try and start it again within about 30 minutes or so. The weird thing is that I did not have one problem with it all winter...I'm in Wisconsin so it's been below freezing for several months. Now that it is getting above freezing, I'm having problems again. Any insight on what could be the problem would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
