what primer to use
what primer should I use. Ive heard lots of different things and I dont wanna screw up and buy some crappy primer, also Im painting it red so does the choice of primer matter

I use krlyon brand all-purpose primer. Just make sure you get the approrpiate color (white for transparent colors, gray for darks), and then be SURE that it is for use on plastic. I get all my painting stuffs at wal-mart. LoL.

I get big, 12 oz cans of white primer from K-Mart for $2.50 a piece works great for me! Just watch out it's a little thick and smells really bad.
