Question Have i lost the plot !!!!

Its about time we had a poll in here !!!
Been thinking about what the heck im going to build next.
Now is this to much or not ??
Dont even know why i got this model but its the Volkswagen Golf V5. I kinda like its lines and the guards are screaming out for huge wheels !!!

Thinking of major lowering job.....huge 19's ...these ones are some 19's i threw under it to se what it looks like.
Soooooooo....have i lost the plot????

I don't think your choice of poll option was any different to mine. When I see a thread by this AFer titled like this and which also has "Poll" written before the heading, I don't even have to read the content :finger:

Anyway, if you (Warren (note, I am NOT calling you Primera Man, am I?)) need ideas you could try the galleries at www.auto-extreme.com

It sounds like your not too pleased with the kit? If not why not use it as an experiment to do some serious mods like these. U could do something similar to the Dahlback version, albeit a 5door version. The wheel arches are a relatively simple mod as is the hood and u could easily make a rear wing for it. I'd be happy to help u out with advice.

Thankyou to those of you that have voted so far...i think its a goer !!!
F.O.T.W.....Nice idea's but i've never used putty to make kits etc and i dont think i'd really be brave enough to try it.
The kit itself i like....i rather like the nice flowing lines....just needs to be molded abit !!!

I think you're creating a plot instead of losing one . Dropped V-Dubs with dubs .
