How do I get the bezel off?

Today I was going to take my bezel off to sand it and ready it for a paint job. I only found two screws on each side so it wouldn't come off. Are there more screws somewhere else or do I need to tug harder?

There should be two screws under the front, and then there's two caps towards the windshield that you have to pop out with a flathead screwdriver, and there's a screw under each one of them.
