Right front door handle is loose but still works in 1998 Grand Marquis
1998 Mercury Grand Marquis
--------------------------- Interior Right front door handle is loose but still works. Do I have to replace handle? Is the handle part of an assembly? Please advise. Thank you. Last edited by rocasan; 09-24-2011 at 12:03 PM.

The handle has a little spring in it to hold it in place. It is a simple matter of removing the bolt and replacing the handle.

I am assuming that the handle and spring are one unit.
