Well to sum it up a few weeks back I went to a night club with a friend of mine and two girls we know as a friendly night out. Anywho , It was 1 in the morning and we went to bounce and someone popped out from the alley and put a 'gun' to my buddies back and demanded all our money and jewelry from our girl/friends so we played it cool and I took out my wallet and my buddy Lance took out his and we dropped em on the ground and he looked down at them and lance popped him with a heavy right hook then we just kinda..kicked the shit ? out of him =)

So as it went , someone called the police on us , They came and we gave our side of the story and then they got his side and turns out it was a BB gun and he is getting charged with attempted armed robbery / assualt and we were booked on assualt charges but released acquitted of charges after the D.A. had a chance to talk to some witnesses. :/ So yeah...If you get mugged by someone with a BB gun don't fight back or else you get in trouble =/

This is nothing really , It's Utah man..shit is crazy here for some reason even though it's mostly mormons. In fact just the other day some kids in highschool tried to rob a gas station with a key ring knife and were trying to slash up the clerk with a blade roughly 1" long...dressed like they were crips :/..white kids...skinny.

I haven't been doing much but I did get angry today and take it out on my tires and clutch..I started into first and left off in 3rd...yay for single wheel spin then the second kicked in after I moved a bit..weird O.o

I've been thinking about an OBX limited slip LSD but heard nothing good or bad about em so it's on hold for now.

Dont get the OBX. They WILL break

I heard that you just have to replace some washers in it and it works fine

I've never seen the OBX unit but I'm guessing its those "LSD insert" deals? I seriously doubt its a real full LSD unit like a Quafe for example.

I retract my previous statement...
But I do doubt the strength and longivity of it...Being OBX brand.

Not a major update but , I did finally manage to finish routing the wires in the doors along their proper paths and got the mirros and door locks hooked up. I also did a bit of sanding and bondo removal from the black eclipse..gah whoever had it before was a retard...seriously..

Other than that I put a red rear bumper on the black eclipse that I picked up for 25.00 and 'thinking' about putting on the front one too. I cleaned out my shed and got rid of some useless oily parts and hooked up all my audio stuff again so now I got music for cruisin. =)

Look what I got today =D...Yay. Also picked up a autometer boost guage.

Sorry but no...My company owns the 3 surrounding buildings and I just happen to work in that one.


Anywho..I haven't done much these last few days..work , sleep..yay. I did manage though to play with some IC piping today and decided to reroute the CAI until I finish my motor build =P This also helps keep the filter up higher and still allowing for maximum air flow and less chance of water intake.

Looks good so far. Body work is a long process that cant be hurried along.

Yeah tell me about it =( if you look at the door handles you can see the huge globs of bondo the person used to just cover the door handle up on the driver side but on the passanger side the actually welded some tin in the handle hole and used bondo to cover it up.

On to the next part ,the paint : I spent about 5 hours taking down roughly 6 layers of different colors of paint and primer. The surface coat was like an expoxy though..hard as hell to get off with a 5" dial orbital sander lol..but now all I have left is a few spots along the hatch , the doors need to be finished and the fenders put back on then off to the booth or I may just prime it and call it good.

One cool thing to my surprise though as I went down through the layers of paint and primer was there are no hidden bondo spots in the car filling dents & dings so I am pretty stoked about that at least ..now I just need headlights and color lol...

Yeah it will develop surface rust right quickly, if you don't go ahead and prime it.

Yea it will rust quickly if he does not get a coat of primer on the car soon.

Looks like it's coming along well. I'll have to stay up to date on this one.

By the way, nice garage.

Yeah there is a small amount of surface rust however I am not too worried about it. A quick hit with the orbital and a finer pad and it will come off quick enough. I am waiting to finish the sanding in the light wells and the inner door tracks before I send it in so it can be blended and have the trim / seals / fenders / lights & bumpers hide the rest of the original gold color. Should be done this weekend.

So I was fairly busy today. With it being my b-day and all I just took some time off work. I managed to install my rear window wiper motor/arm/harness in under 15 minutes. =) As well as get some more sanding and prep work done on the black one.

I haven't been on in a while or done anything lately because I was looking into dumping some money into a motorcycle. Anyways I picked up a 04' R6 and 3 hours later it was stolen while I was in the movie theater :/ so my insurance company cut me a check and I decided on going something a little less stolen. 2003 Yamaha Vstar Custom. 11,330 miles =)

I've already ordered a bunch of stuff for it and should be here soon. I know this isn't exactly eclipse but it's asian none the less ! lol...People laugh since I still have a B-B helmet =/

Uh more like the blackish one but yeah. That car is long gone and now I am kicking myself in the ass because I picked up a SRT-4 motor & trans & ecu for 1,500 and I don't want to tear down the red one yet. -_-;

Well the RS is gone after almost killing me. Caught fire , torched to a crisp =( Insurance only willing to fork out the lowest replacement they can find - I have 2 weeks I guess :/ until I can get any cash or car from it =(

It had been smelling like gas for a few days and I didn't have time to look into it and on Sunday night I decided to take it out for a cruise after putting in some leather seats and new carpet ( 300.00 down the drain...) and something caught fire under the hood and from there it just went like wild fire :/
