Damn...that thing's hot. Metallic Black is a weird paint to photograph.

I meant they look like metal rims, that were powdercoated.

oh, hehe, the paint went on pretty good...I am going to start polishing the body today/tommorow.

The body parts were polished, cut and waxed, they still need touch up and to remove debris from polishing. They are merely tacked on without any real attempt to allign it. Yes, I am aware that the rear window is the wrong color, It will be repainted.

Although I wish you hadn't painted it metallic black. Maybe it is just me, but after doing such a fantastic job on all that detail the size of the flake in the paint makes it look unrealistic. Hopefully it's just the flash making it look that big.
I'm stuck with the same thing on the Group A Escort I'm building at the moment. The metalic blue decals have an oversize flake :banghead:

yeah, its probably too big for the scale, but there is nothing else I can do now... if there is no diect light on it then it looks fine. The paint is automotive so the flake is adjuster to the 1:1 car color.

Is it too late to paint those shiny brake discs?

I thought about doing them in true "carbon fiber" color, but they look so damn cool once the black wheels are on... :) I think I am going to deviate from realism here and just do the shiny disks.

Yeah I polished through a few edges and window frames, but it will be fixed promptly.

front clip and doors are finished, need to afix the shields and front emblem, but other then that everything is on, pe mesh, pe emblems, pe data plate resin windshield wiper, pe mirror faces, etc.

That is the greatest enzo i think on this whole site.

The PE mesh on the bumpers is beautiful. Nice CF on the rear fenders too. Man those disc brakes/calipers are to die for!
That's a dizzying amount of detail on the rear clip.

Maybe it is because there is so much black on your car, but there does not seem to be any CF on the cross bar - behind the seats and where the engine cover attaches to. I thought this should be CF'd?? Any idea?
