seriously off topic thread

lately there has been a lot of off-topic chatter. a lot of replies that are simply a smiley or the quote above. a whole bunch of back to back replies. i too am guilty of it.

CWBETB, 91ZC, and Marked001 have been very liberal with freedom of speach. very few threads are locked. let's not take advantage and ruin the policy. i also feel it's important that we show a good example as old skoolers to the noob's that find their way here.

let's all try to get back to where we were....still some OT...but not what it has been in the last couple of weeks.

All the stuff he did and was doing himself was really inspiring me to work on my own car!
I member the set up he had on his ol' Si engine... the ZC swap he did... and then the SiR front clip he bought and installed....
and then yeah, there was the minivan.... that thing was starting to look pretty tight.

Guess he went the way of Hyped-1 and moved on to another car make. (for those of you who knew who Hyped-1 is... he sold his Civic and bought an Eclipse GSX I think)

Ok here's my contribution to the inane chatter taking place- I also just feel like bitching about my school so bare with me. I pay almost $27000 a year to go a small private university in northern PA and you know what they do with the money? Not make our school a nice place (the campus and dorms are hella dirty) not give our soccer team (which I play for) a nice field (my back yard would almost be as good), and not give us a decent internet connection(its slower than the 56k i have at home). No they decide to buy 10 new Volkswagon Passats to use as university cars when coaches go on recruiting trips and whatnot and have a Starbucks put in the student union building. Ok now that that's all out of my system I fell better. Back to actual 4G posts now.

please... i'm paying 40 grand for a year and the new students are paying around 50 grand, to live in an complete shit hole, internet is 20 bucks a month for complete shit... i had to pay for a meal plan that tastes like shit, and whats horrible about that is i go to a culinary school, i have no where to park my car, my biggest pevv... i could deal with the other stuff if i could have my car... its sucks donkey balls

I'm paying around a grand a semester to go to school. But I'm not going to a actual college, just a tech school that is part of OSU. Don't live in the dorms because it cost to much to live there, when I can pay 150 bucks a month for a nice big apartment. Just figured Id say that.
