1979 Buick Roadhawk

Any clues where I can locate a 1979 Buick Roadhawk??

I assume you are talking about the “Skyhawk” with the Road Hawk package, that included a Rally ride and handling package with larger front and rear stabilizer bars, larger tires, and special interior and exterior trim. Most of these have disappeared into the JY and car crushers! If you are lucky, you may find one on eBay.

...or try Hemmings Motor News. Since it's a pretty rare vehicle, someone selling one would likely place an ad for it in this publication as it reaches a large audience of enthusiasts. You can find a copy at many places that sell magazines and / or books. I'm not sure if libraries have any copies to look at but it's worth a try to call them and find out.

Thanks for responding,as you probably know I have looked almost everywhere and have yet to locate a Skyhawk "Roadhawk" just cruising the internet for at least the 100th time and thought I would leave a "cry" for help here. Thanks again and have a great day. Steve

Just keeping looking and someday you'll be surprised when you do come across one. I know what it's like to try and find parts and such for older vehicles. I did a whole bunch of that 20 years ago ... without the help of the internet! So anything's possible. Good luck!
