Re: Spark Plugs
Look toward the top of the engine. Since you have V6, it will be shaped somewhat like a V. You should see 6 wires, one going to each spark plug. 3 on each side of the V. You have to pull each one of those wires up. The other end of them should be going to the dist. cap. to be sure you have the right ones. If you're still lost, I woudl recommend getting someone to actually show you. Once you see it the first time they're obvious from then on. The Spark Plug Wires are going to go into a rubber square shaped thing, they have handles on them. Firmly grab the handle and pull it straight out, you may have to rotate it back and forth a little to get it loose. You'll notice that there is actually a long piece that goes down from the handle, this is called the boot. Then about 6" down are the spark plugs. You'll need a 5/8" deep socket (preferably a spark plug socket that grabs the plug, if not use the wire boot to grab it) and an extension. I would recommened doing 1/2" drive ratchet to get more torque into putting the new ones in, but don't over torque them or you may permanently damage the engine.

Re: Spark Plugs
Also it is extremely important that the wires go back in the order they came out. For this job it is unnecessary, and you should not remove the dist. cap end. I would also recommend just doing one at a time : pop the wire, change the plug, put the wire back, pop the next wire.... so on.

Re: Spark Plugs
Spark plug torque for both engines is 13 ft-lbs. Make sure you put a small amount of anti-seize compound on the sparkplug threads before you insert them. Use a foot-long piece of rubber hose shoved over the plug insulator to insert the plugs and start the threads. If you meet any resistance, back the plug out and restart it. Don't cross-thread the plugs or you are in deep shit.
