Highly modded R32. MotoRex - nightmaR3Z - 99.9% Complete

Since some of the parts I need to finish won't be in for a couple weeks I'll go ahead and share what I've been working on.

I HOPE YOU ENJOY!



MotoRex bred "nightmaR3Z".

Body paint:Tamiya white primer and Tamiya Black


Please read as you may overlook some of the details I want to point out to you.

*Custom built Nismo LM-GT4 Black Limited II (awaiting two other center bolts)
*Touge-style prop hood
*Scratchbuilt exhaust manifold 6-1
*Scratchbuilt turbo
*Misc. engine wiring
*Scratchbuilt front induction (SAS CF laid down w/manu. decals)
*Fully built throttle assembly...everything
*Custom external wastegate
*Custom external wastegate exhaust (open atmosphere)
*Boost Controller vacuum box. (black box with three lines)
*Scratchbuilt IC pipes
*Pipe couplers and straps. (Compressor outlet wrapped in BMF)
*Upgraded Master Cylinder
*Custom bent brake lines
*ABS eliminated, cockpit mounted Tilton Lever-type brake proportioning valves
*Secondary brake reservior (added as detail but meant to be dormant in lieu of non-ABS)
*AP Racing 6-pot in front and 4-pot in rear (brakes)
*Custom caliper fluid lines
*Custom radiator with added fluid reservior
*Added electric fan assembly (replaces clutch fan)
*Various PE parts. Upper rad. connectors, rad. cap, velocity stack on turbo, pedals, rear differential lines, rotors, radio face and rear view mirror
*Custom oil catch can with lines and BMF straps
*Added valve cover tubes
*Added wiper motor
*BMF heat shield on strut tower and uncdercarriage
*Scratchbuilt 4" exhaust (no resonator)
*Fujimi alum. muffler
*R34 seats (opened belt loops and modified to fit R32. PITA!)
*Modelers harness and seat belt with eye-bolts for both.
*Fitted stock R32 dash to retain radio
*Fitted stock R32 rear deck to race interior for speakers
*Custom shift light
*Custom gauge display
*Added A-pillar gauge
*Impul steering wheel
*Nismo bezel (main gauges)
*6-spd Sequential shifter
*Narrowed transmission to mimic the shape of a sequential dog box
*Rear differential cooler with lines
*Added e-brake
*Added BOV
*Added front bumper oil cooler

Sickness! Amazing detailing. Some very nice ideas there. I wished more people build this kind of detailed cars here on AF. We can learn so much from that! Amazing work

Great work! Like everyone said, that's one of the best R32's I've seen. That's some amazing paintwork, and your detail work is incredible. The intake looks a little big though.... otherwise, just about perfect!

And in the fourth pic - racequeens? It's catching on!

Converted race queens. On sale at Sun Coast video. LOL.

Gotta have a big intake compressor. LOL. Actually it's the thickness at the base of the stack that makes it look just a tad bigger. If you take it off the compressor housing is too scale. Unfortunately a real life stack like this reduces after fitting around the housing. I had to settle with Detail Master's.

The inspiration came from King Supra that used to live close.
