Completed: Lotus Super Twelve Group Build
The Super-Twelve beast for the groupbuild is completed* !
(* except some really minor details but a deadline is a deadline and I'm not at home this weekend..) It has a 6.0 L Mercedes V12 and Ferrari testarossa front and rear A-arms with custom push-rod shocks. Thanks to all that have given inspiring comments in the progress thread ! Its been a really great groupbuild with a lot of inspiration from everyone. The (long..) progress thread is here: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=623353 Enough talk, lets kill some modems with a "few" pics. Hope to take some outdoor shots after the weekend. Enjoy ! I did !

Re: Completed: Lotus Super Twelve Group Build
wow.....just wow, easily my favorite of the sevens in this group build, I just love the whole concept. The carbon fiber, the v12, the wats....it flows well. I really like the look of the lowered front headlights too, it really sets off the badass attitude this car has. Very cool build man!

Wow,
great model with the CF-decals on the body, the really BIG engine and lots of delicate details.

Re: Completed: Lotus Super Twelve Group Build
Holy crap, so many details, so well done!
Great carboning, no not great, superb! I like all the little extras, and was a bit afraid it was going to be a little bit over the top. But this just beats everything ever made over the top! Spectacular! Could we perhaps have a comparison pic in size with a normal streetcar model to see it's sheer crazyness? Oli |

Hi Martin,
as said before: An absolutely stunning model. Great execution and lovely details. I love the mean stance and look it has. Surely a beast! Cheers |

Re: Completed: Lotus Super Twelve Group Build
This is an absolute monster. The only thing I would've done different was leave the front wheels bare, those fenders look... I dunno, out of proportion. Not really a criticism though, just a personal preference. The whole thing looks awesome!
