Why can't I see any smilies????

I can't see any of the scripts like message icons or smilies. Even with my internet security turned off, they don't show up here, but every other website is fine ???

Confused

Did you know there is a check box that can disable smilies on AF?

Check you don't have the check box checked.

Re: Why can't I see any smilies????

My smilies box is correct, my internet security is disabled, and I still don't see them. You know the little box of smilies on the left when you're composing a new post? No smilies in that box at all. It seems to be just this forum. That type of script is fine everywhere else.

Puzzling. I'm always afraid when I post a jabbing comment followed by a smilie face that no one can see the image. I don't want people taking me the wrong way (nor do I want to take other's comments the wrong way.)

Thoughts?

Re: Why can't I see any smilies????

Nope, none. It doesn't show up as text for me, no smilies, nothing. When I open the "showsmilies" page, I get the text, the name, but no picture. In the select smilies box, my pointer doesn't hover over any "links" to smilies.

I've been having problems with smilies too, on the computer I'm using now the smilies don't move at all, but when I use my laptop they do move.

Nope. I can't. Just a big empty space.

Re: Why can't I see any smilies????

Yes! It works now with the capital B. Its funny, I have an avatar of me playing with an airgun that I can't see, not to mention all the smilies I can't see.

What's goin on?
