Here's pics of my interior. I have made my dash to have a carbon fiber look and I took out the vents and put in mesh grills. I also have CRX Si bucket seats in their. Plus the basic autozone stuff like steering wheel cover and floor mats. But i do want to get a steering wheel soon. I painted the center console with that Krylon Fusion and I also have carbon fiber ebrake and shift knob. I also have the plastic panels on my door painted to look like carbon fiber (spackle).

those mesh grilles seem like they would take away some of the function ... can you still aim the air flow?

Melt, since there isn't any kind of vent in their, It actually helps it. When I crank up the heat, I can feel it alot. It's like 10 times more powerful when it blows. Think of it like an Intake, You can get more air through when there's less restriction and those vents are a restriction to the air. When I took them out, you can feel the air blowing from the back seat! I like it. The only downside is that you can't change the direction of the air.

That's an interesting idea with the mesh grill in the vents... original.

Well, mine is a work in progress, but here's a pic or two:

Rear view:

Battery/Spare:

Seats/harnesses:

Dash and stuff...

Currently building fiberglass speaker pods, more details in this thread:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t106666.html

Once those are done, I'll be relocating the harness mounts to the stock rear retractor locations, and then building the MDF flooring for where the back-seat used to be and amp rack, etc.
