Angry Intake manifold gasket

I have a 99 tahoe 4x4, with 67k. It has now had 4 intake manifold gaskets put on. The last one about 4-5 weeks ago. I now have the smell of gasoline in the oil, and the oil level is over 1/2 quart high (they changed the oil when they worked on the car). I have called chev custome complaint line about the recurring problems. The last time it was repaird (intake manifold gasket) they took 3 weeks to get it ok'd by zone rep to do it under warranty. So I had 3 weeks of car rental $ to pay for, and chev rep said no to re-imbursement.

My question is; could the gasoline smell in the oil be caused by the intake manifold and/or gasket. I say yes, chev says NO.

Help please.

I have continously been saying that gaskets just dont go bad, there has to be a reason for it. (like maybe the manifold is warped etc). butr dealer/chev says it was just a bad gasket.

again

HELP PLEASE

YOu'r not the only one with the gasket problem. As far as the gas in the oil, it cannot get there from the intake gaskets themselves but that is not to say something else in the process of doing the job hasn't gone south on you. Good luck and keep after it, remember to keep your cool dealing with it, I know it's hard but they are more likely to help out if you'r level headed.
