Transponder Key programing
Does anyone know how to program a transponder key? I have a 2001 Diamante. We have two keys and only one works, the other only starts the car for a second and then shut off. The dealer wants $250.00 to program the keys. Can this be done without the dealer? Any help is good help! Thanks Tony

You need a dealer's scanner to do it. Well, not exactly. Some locksmiths can do it. But you definitely cannot do it yourself. Call 908-852-2100 for more info. Ask for Russ or Tony.
