Crashed my car tonight :(

Well i was going around a slight corner, it was raining out, I was going easly 50mph over the speedlimit.... thought i could handle it.... guess not.... Ill try to post pictures tommrow, I am fine, airbags did not go off... after i spun around a few times and hit a contrete wall my backend actually came about 2 foot off the ground according to people that saw it. damage really isnt that bad but i know i need alot of work, possibly even frame work.... i hope I didnt blow out my suspention either.... anways I need to go to ebd to stop thinking about this and my body is herting.

Kyle

I feel your pain man. I wasn't actually in an accident but not too long ago (last summer) I was in my grandparents house spending some time with them and I hear an extremely loud crack followed by a crash and the house then shook. My instinct was to find my grandparents first (in the daze I was in, I had no idea what to do). They were fine but when I looked outside, all I saw were leaves against the window (which was 10feet off the ground). After 5 seconds of silence my grandmother screamed..."Oh my God your Car...Look at your car!". I peared out the door to see a 50 foot peice of good old Pennsylvania tree on top of a crushed tin can that used to be my car. The moral of this story...

At the time my car was a 1999 Hyundai Accent GL (Garbage, Slow). After the insurance came along and after the turmoil of looking for a decent car, I ended up with an Acura Integra. So don't worry man. All will be well in time. I'm sorry to hear about what happened.

Does anyone know any places that sell cheap JDM Type-R front clips without the engine/tranny and stuff. Just want it to fix this, fix the frame, and also make my car look better.

Thank you
Kyle

Wow.

THats not that bad for 50+ and spinning a few times
But i think if it was faster there would be a helluva lot more damage.

Surprised the bags didnt go off.

Glad you're safe man.
Slow down in the fucking rain. lol

Perfect excuse for a JDM front end. Get the mugen bumper, black housing lights, and a carbon fiber hood. It would look damn nice

wow, that sucks. you'll at least have to replace the radiator support, which you'd need to anyways for the jdm front

theres this guy that claims he can get them for $2500 or less with the type r (black housing, chrome rim'd projector) non-hid lights or $3000 for the hid's. he seems legit but i cant guarantee it. if the price seems fair shoot me a pm and i'll give you his email addy. I onlylike c-west or stock on jdm fronts

Well the totled my baby after about 1000$ of different deducations they gave me i ended up with $7,050 check commming to me. Im not sure if i should rebuild it with the stock USD front end and probley put a body kit on. Or if i should go JDM front end. Or if i should look for another car. What would you guys do? It looks like foward of the shock towers i need to get like a new front clip welded in or something.

Im confused, I love my car but Im not sure what i should do. 3300$ for a paint job on average where i live, 2500 for JDM front end, then plus the frame work.... is it worth it? after the money they gave me I have no more loot. What do you guys think?

Thanks
Kyle
