What's problem about Hiroboy.com, I can't see my order

Anybody has same problem like me?

My order number is 20170, made it on 11/25/2009, paid by credit card.

When I login hiroboy yesterday(12/14/2009), My order status is 'Pending Dispatch', is too long time for wating.

Today I login hiroboy to check my order status, it's disapper, I can't see it in 'My order history'. All of orders in 2009 were disappeared, only display 2008 and before. I paid this order, and hiroboy was not refund to my credit card.


In 11/25 to 12/15, I send more than 5 mails and 2 enquiries from his website to steve for hasten shipping. He never reply me.

What happened?

Thanks for your reply. I use this URL to sent 2 messages to him. He was never reply.

I read in many places that he doesn't respond to emails..well if that ias his customer service I wouldn't buy there anymore, maybe he will change his mind.

Yeah, it's been known for quite some time that Steve won't respond to email inquires, so the best way is to call.

Some items are ordered on back-order, so you have to wait until he gets them...

Also if you requested custom paint mixes these can take a few days.

Whatever you do, call him instead of email - generally he hasn't got time to respond - he might do on the 'Order Support' email address however.

You should of ordered more paint.

Yeah ok, well I would of expected that to of been completed and on its way to you since the order date was November 25th! ... I would certainly give Steve a call to find out more about it!

Phone him; it's the only sure fire way, not to mention the quickest way to sort out any problem.

I hope you have an understanding Customs department... That's a lot of paint. Does your country allow the import of paint..?? Some send it back to the sender...
Seriously though there's no way an order for that amount of money and quantity can just 'vanish' give Steve a call and he will sort out your problem.

I encountered a trouble is that I can not make international phone call to steve.

This "you must call if there is any problem" type of situation is exactly what keeps people from ordering in the first place.

I guess if he's so busy he won't respond to emails it does not matter that there are people who want to be customers but choose not to because of situations just like this.

Just sayin'...it's one reason I have not ordered, and have steered people to places I know that have good customer service...aka the ability to communicate.
