I'm Back!!!!(sorta)

Ok well i know most of you heard of about the death of my poor 347 equipped Stang. And I ended up getting another 87 GT for my rear-end. So right now I been driving a bone stock auto GT which is killing me!!!!!

I been spending the last month saving and planning. Today I've started putting my plan into action. I orderd a pro-shifted T-5 rated for 600+HP from Hanlon Motorsports. John Hanlon is the T-5 master by the way.

I'm getting this tranny to go behind my new engine which is going to be a 351W punched and stroked to 408 with the help of a forged Eagle crank and Eagle ESP H rods. The pistons are custom forged slugs from JE. I haven't decided on rings yet probably Wiseco. Heads are going to be TFS High-ports that have already been sent to Fox Lake for P&P work. Then Ferrera Race Valves, Comp Cam Springs, Probe Shaft Mounted Rockers. Custom Billet Comp Cam with large Lobe separation so it will dance between idle and 2500 at a light. Hogan Racing Intake manifold.

That's basically what has been ordered, started, or planned. Tell me what you guys think?

Yea it's going to be a daily driver. I actually wanted to go with a 351W stroked and bored to 427 but after much agony it was just too tough to make it a good daily driver so I settled for 408.
As for the 347 I'm waiting till nicer weather rolls in permanently so I can remove it and sell it. By then the credit cards will definetly need some relief.

I got some small items today. I bought my boss's old Moroso Billet Aluminuim hand fabricated valve covers to clear the shaft rockers. Canton Main Girdle, matching Canton 7 quart oil pan and pickup. Also I was on the phone with Moser about a custom 9" rear-end. After getting the price I think I might stick with a built 8.8 lol
