1998 F150 Front brake problem

I have a 1998 2 wheel drive F150. My truck pulls to the right when braking. I found that the driver side claiber wasn't engaging. I replaced it and went to bleed the line but could not get any fluid to come out but it comes out the passenger side. I even left that flexible hose hanging there not hooked up on the driver side and still no fluid. Am I to assume that the problem is in that flexible hose on the driver side? It really doesn't show any wear or leaks.

The hose is a good possibility. They deteriorate from the inside and can cause a blockage.
