depends on the cop. If you can follow the law for one more month, its worth it. I'd rather keep my liceance than lose it for something stupid.

In Delaware for the first 6 months you have to drive with an adult, and the second 6 months you can only drive after 6AM, and no later than 9PM.. While I was under restrictions I got caught driving after 9PM and the cop let me off with only a warning. But another kid I know got caught driving after 9 and speeding... He had those restrictions until he turnt 18

I got out of that BS just before the state law in PA changed. My brother, on the other hand, didn't. Now in PA, you have to have your permit for 6 months with at least 50 hours of adult-supervised driving. Then you have a restricted license (5am to 11pm only) for at least one year, usually a year and a half (til you're 18). It doesn't get enforced very well in my area, so I don't know why they bother.

wow, Ive heard of things like that but wasnt aware of what it entaled. That sucks. I got my permit and only needed it until I turned 16, at which I had to cough up a sheet with 25 hours logged in to it of driving with anyone over 18 and a valid License. I feel bad for you guys
