new clutch ?

i think that ls motor i got, i think the clutch is bad because the prev owner said he cant scratch it, it just bogs down. bad clutch ?

so im looking for the cheapest clutch i can find, so yeah i need help finding one. stock is good, i cant really afford something expensive

if it bogs down then the clutch isnt bad. If you tried to peel out and the clutch was bad, it would slip. i.e. the revs would rise but you wouldn't go anywhere and tires wouldnt spin.

Do it while the motor is out of the car. Much easier, now it will take you 30 min at most and in the car like 2.5 hours out and another 2 hours back in.

so what does that mean then when he tries to scratch but it doesnt scratch and it just like bogs down into gear ? cause when it just bogs down like that, isnt it just burning clutch by not gripping
like i mean is the clutch still good ? does it need to be adjusted or anything ? is it that the clutch just cannot handle the power the motor makes ?
